    1In a bowl, add the green tea mix, water, oil, and pancake mix in that order, mixing well after each addition.

    In a separate large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add 1/3 of the whipped egg whites to the batter and mix thoroughly. Then gently fold in the remaining egg whites.

    Pour the mixture into a paper cake mold and microwave on 500W for about 7 minutes.

    Invert the mold and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, remove from the mold using a knife and cut into slices.
